Resin has a minimum curing time of 24 hours dependent on the temperature and size of the item being created. However, the average item is usually ready within 3-5 days once the order and payment deposit has been confirmed.
Yes all items are fully customizable. You can pick from a variety of colors, shapes, and sizes as well as add wording and pictures.
For washable items such as coasters, trays, ashtrays, etc should ONLY be hand washed using mild soap and cold water. The item should then be dried using a soft, non-abrasive cloth. For non-washable items, items can be cleaned with a damped, soft, non-abrasive cloth. DO NOT scrub, soak or submerge your item underwater and avoid using harsh chemicals, oils, and rubbing alcohol when cleaning your item(s).
Currently payment methods available are bank transfer via NCB, BNS & FGB, and COD depending on the item and quantity being ordered. Please note a non-refundable 50% deposit is required for the commencement of all jobs.

Yes changes can be made to your initial order, however, conditions apply depending on the change to be made. Color changes can only be made if the job has not been started.
All clear and white finishes will discolor to some degree, especially when constantly exposed to sunlight over time. Generally, this discoloration goes undetected on coloured products.
Here at AOM, items such as coasters and trays are typically made with “food safe” resin so it is perfectly safe to be used.
